**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform comprehensive echocardiographic examinations, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiography, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Utilize ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality cardiac images for diagnostic interpretation.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective patient management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting procedures and findings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of ultrasound equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Educate patients regarding procedures, addressing any concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in cardiac sonography.
Education

Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
Experience
Licensures/Certifications

ARDMS or CCI cardiac certification

Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
