Key Responsibilities:
· Provide a warm, polished greeting and visible presence at key points across the campus
· Conduct regular walking patrols of lobbies, offices, courtyards, and public spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and order
· Assist employees and visitors with directions, questions, and access needs
· Enforce site-specific access policies with tact and discretion
· Monitor for safety hazards or unusual activity and report any concerns immediately
· Support emergency response efforts when needed (e.g., evacuations, medical support)
· Assist with coordinating vendors, deliveries, and special events on site
· Act as a liaison between building management, facilities, and client departments to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
· A polished, customer-first professional with a natural sense of hospitality (Natural hair color, no visible tattoos, no facial piercings)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail
· Comfortable being on your feet and walking extensively throughout the shift
· Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in all situations
· Dependable, punctual, and proactive
· Must be available weekends
Preferred But Not Required:
· Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or corporate customer service
· Security, front desk, or concierge experience (training provided if not)
· Familiarity with large campuses or multi-building sites
