Research Physicians Network, LLC is a Leading Site Management Organization operating as a unit of Biopharma Informatic (www.biopharmainfo.net) specializing in Site Management and conducting Clinical Trials. We partner with pharmaceutical companies (sponsors) and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to conduct clinical trials with Licensed Medical Investigators. Our Mission is to support the advancement of future medicine by delivering high quality clinical trials coordinated with patient-centered care.
We are currently seeking Clinical Research Assistant to join our Research Center in Houston, Tx. This role is open exclusively for candidates with a Foreign Medical Degree. Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish and demonstrate a strong interest in Clinical Research.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and screen patient charts within the physician EMR system to identify potential research candidates based on study inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Maintain accurate screening logs and recruitment records.
- Assist research coordinators and investigators with participant recruitment activities.
- Contact potential participants when appropriate and assist with scheduling study visits.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, HIPAA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Enter and verify data in research databases and tracking systems.
- Assist with study-related administrative tasks.
- Support ongoing clinical research projects and site operations.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a medical office, healthcare setting, or clinical research environment.
- Familiarity with EMR systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Previous research experience is a plus but not required.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is a Foreign qualified Medical graduate, speaks English and Spanish, is proficient in reviewing medical records, and is passionate about helping identify patients who may benefit from participation in clinical research studies.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
