Independent Multidisciplinary Sports/ Active rehab clinic looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients in a personal setting with emphasis on patient care and outcomes. Provider work directly with patients with emphasis on patient care. No weekends, no Holidays, or stress working 3-4 days per week.
Our clinic prides itself on specialized evaluations, evidence-based treatment based on each patients’ specific needs, in a professional setting. Physical Therapist will have direct treatment with patients in a small personal clinic treating various conditions, injuries, and post-surgical patients in various populations. Pre and post surgical, sports injuries, etc.
We are team-oriented clinic across all disciplines and expect good communication amongst all staff. Applicant should be personable, dependable, able to multi-task, be organized and committed to personalized patient care in a friendly professional setting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current PA State Physical Therapy licensure in good standing.
- Current PA State Direct Access License in good standing or Eligible.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Committed to patient care and able to work independently.
- Experience in outpatient setting required.
- Excellent customer service, detail oriented, independent driven, outgoing and documentation skills.
