We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook/Pizza Cook at 7 Hills South, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our menu, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside talented a kitchen staff, contributing to the success of our restaurant through your culinary expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor food supplies and replenish as needed
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
- Follow instructions from head chef and management team
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional quality and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus
