As a Dunkin’ Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations.
What you’ll do:

Lead by example and support team members during shifts

Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest

Assist with preparing food and beverages as needed

Help ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked

Monitor shift operations and help resolve issues as they arise

What we’re looking for:

Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)

Previous food service or retail experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to lead and support a team

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and reliability
