Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for guest relations.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Process cash register transactions efficiently while handling payments accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or restaurant settings is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest relations.
- Familiarity with cash operations is a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the dining area.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
