As a Distillation Processor, you will support the production of cannabis distillate used in Phat Panda and other company product lines. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with equipment and production materials, and able to follow established procedures consistently.

- Measure, mix, and heat production materials according to established specifications and procedures.

Operate production equipment, including tumblers and distillation equipment, following training and safety requirements.

Monitor production processes and identify issues that require attention.

Clean and maintain production equipment using approved cleaning materials and procedures.

Prepare materials for approved testing and make adjustments as directed by established procedures.

Prepare processed material for transfer to the next stage of production.

Monitor material and inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.

Track material status and production activity for multiple jobs.

Maintain accurate production records, including processed quantities, distillate tracking, and terpene usage.

Use spreadsheets and other tracking tools to maintain accurate production and inventory information.

Communicate production needs, material requirements, and order updates with team members, managers, and other departments.

Monitor inventory and assist with replenishment as directed.

Meet established production goals while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards.

Follow all applicable company policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.

No previous cannabis industry experience required; training is provided.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written procedures.

Basic computer and data-entry skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets.

Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and management.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work effectively in a production environment.

Ability to learn equipment operation and follow established safety procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to regularly use stairs and work safely on elevated warehouse or production mezzanine areas.

Must be 21 years of age or older, as required for this position under applicable Washington cannabis regulations.
This is a hands-on production position in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment. Employees may spend extended periods standing, walking, working around production equipment, and handling materials. The role requires following detailed procedures and maintaining accurate production records.
