NOW HIRING: STORE MANAGER
Total Wireless – Calexico, CA
We’re looking for a sales-driven Store Manager who can also serve as a Brand Ambassador for Total Wireless in the Calexico community.
This position is for someone who can successfully manage the day-to-day operation of the store while helping us build the Total Wireless brand throughout the community.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead the store and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Sell alongside the team and lead by example
- Coach, train, and develop sales associates
- Hold employees accountable for performance and store standards
- Manage store operations, scheduling, inventory, and customer experience
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Visit apartments, shopping centers, businesses, and other high-traffic areas to promote Total Wireless
- Identify opportunities to participate in local events, festivals, and community activities
- Develop partnerships that generate referrals and new customers
- Create and execute grassroots marketing strategies
- Promote the store through local social media and community groups
- Find new ways to increase store traffic and strengthen the Total Wireless presence throughout Yuma
