As a Performance mechanic / Shock technician at TSW Offroad, you’ll be responsible for the disassembly, refinishing, and preparation of Fox and King shocks, with an emphasis on Ford Raptor suspensions. This hands-on position demands an expert level of mechanical knowledge and a passion for off-road performance. You will also be responsible for for removal and replacing shocks on the Ford Raptors in the shop as a backup mechanic.
Responsibilities:
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild Fox and King offroad shocks to meet performance and quality standards.
- Removal and replacing shocks on the Ford Raptors
- Refinish individual parts of shocks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with shock parts
- Collaborate with the shock building and quality assurance teams to implement design improvements.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in suspension technologies and industry trends.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed on each shock unit, focusing on the Ford Raptor platform.
- Assist in developing and optimizing shock settings for a variety of off-road conditions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience required in automotive suspension and or tools required.
- Fox and King racing shock systems is recommended but not required.
- Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
- Drug Free and able to pass a full drug screening and background check.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
