Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries effectively
- Assist with patient registration and verify insurance information accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Translate documents and facilitate communication between English and Spanish-speaking individuals
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes promptly
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow within the clinic
- Utilize Office Ally to update patient records and appointments
- Send Referrals to Specialists
Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks within a Medical
- Familiarity with Office Ally or related office systems is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is advantageous
- Experience working as a Medical Receptionist is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an Primary Care environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
