X3 is hiring experienced Solar Installation Laborers, Electrical Apprentices, and Electrical Helpers for a long-term solar project. We are looking for dependable workers with experience in underground electrical, solar installation, concrete support, and structural assembly.
What You Will Do
- Assist with plywood shoring and excavation support
- Set rebar cages and help position steel poles
- Support concrete placement while maintaining proper alignment and bracing
- Install underground PVC conduit, including heating and bending with a PVC hot box
- Assist with trenching, pulling wire, and underground electrical installations
- Assemble pre-manufactured solar racking systems using impact tools
- Mount solar modules and assist with array wiring
- Follow layout drawings, electrical plans, and installation specifications
- Handle materials safely and maintain an organized work area
- Work safely around open excavations and energized equipment under proper supervision
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial electrical
- Underground electrical
- Solar installation
- Construction labor supporting concrete or structural work
- Experience with underground PVC conduit installation preferred
- Solar ground mount or utility-scale solar experience is a plus
- Active Utah Electrical Apprentice License or Journeyman License preferred for electrical roles
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Basic hand tools and cordless drill
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read construction or electrical layout drawings
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Project Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with overtime and weekend work available
- Start and end times vary by season
- Estimated project duration through November 2026
