In This Role
As our Dental Hygiene Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the very beginning of each visit.
You'll warmly welcome patients, introduce yourself, and escort them to their reserved treatment room, helping them feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. You'll take a few moments to connect on a personal level—learning what's new in their lives, what they're looking forward to, and what matters most to them. These conversations help build trust and allow our team to provide a more personalized experience.
You'll review and update each patient's medical and dental history, accurately document any changes in our practice management system, and communicate meaningful information from your conversation to the hygienist before treatment begins. By sharing these insights, you'll help create a seamless patient experience, allowing our hygienists to build upon the relationship rather than repeating the same questions.
Throughout each visit, you'll work alongside our hygiene team to ensure every patient feels welcomed, understood, comfortable, and confident from the moment they arrive until they leave. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, build trust, and help patients feel valued as individuals—not just as appointments on the schedule.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
