We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants more than just another job. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role helping manage our service department as our company continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
* Diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems accurately.
* Perform repairs correctly the first time.
* Explain findings to customers in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
* Perform preventative maintenance to a high standard—not just "clean and go."
* Document work thoroughly using Housecall Pro.
* Take ownership of every job from arrival to completion.
* Occasionally assist with installations or system commissioning when needed.
* Help maintain the high standards that Cooling Tech Solutions has become known for.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
* Strong electrical and refrigeration diagnostic skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot independently without constant phone support.
* EPA Certification.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Professional appearance and communication.
* Comfortable using digital gauges and modern diagnostic tools.
* Honest, customer-first approach with no pressure selling.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who does the right thing even when no one is watching. Someone who treats every customer's home as if it were their own and every repair as if their own family would be relying on it.
Technical skills can always improve. Character is much harder to teach.
