ELITE Fenders is a fast-growing premium marine products company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We manufacture innovative inflatable boat fenders and accessories used by recreational boaters, captains, yacht owners, marinas, and marine professionals across North America.
We are expanding our dealer and distributor network throughout the United States.
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are not looking for someone to spend months making cold calls.
We are looking for someone who has already built strong relationships within the marine industry and can introduce ELITE to the right people.
If you've spent your career calling on marine distributors, dealers, retailers, OEMs, or marina groups, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility is to leverage your existing marine industry relationships to grow ELITE's national distribution network.
You will identify opportunities, make introductions, arrange meetings, and help establish new distributor and dealer partnerships.
You will work directly with the company founder and have complete flexibility to manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Introduce ELITE to marine distributors and dealer groups
- Develop new wholesale and distribution opportunities
- Build relationships with purchasing managers and decision-makers
- Conduct product presentations (virtual or in person)
- Help negotiate new dealer and distributor agreements
- Maintain a simple pipeline of opportunities
- Provide weekly progress updates
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 10+ years of experience in the U.S. marine industry
- Has an established network of distributors, dealers, retailers, or OEMs
- Has successfully developed dealer or distributor channels
- Is comfortable working independently
- Has excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Is motivated by growing a premium brand
This role is particularly well suited to:

- Former marine industry executives
- Business development professionals
- Semi-retired professionals who want flexible, meaningful work
Applicants without significant marine industry experience will not be considered.
Compensation
We recognize that your relationships have value.
Compensation includes:
- $2,000-$3,000 monthly retainer (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission on all new distributor and dealer business you generate
- Performance bonuses for strategic account wins
