Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management systems
- Handle cash drawer operations, including balancing cash at the beginning and end of shifts
- Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections when necessary
- Maintain precise data entry records for sales transactions, customer information, and inventory updates
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist in retail store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory management
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly preferred
- Experience handling cash transactions, cashiering, or retail math demonstrates strong numerical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for daily tasks such as balancing cash drawers or calculating discounts
