Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. We have part time kitchen openings. As a Kitchen Team Member in a FDA and USDA facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production kitchen and delivering exceptional high volume meals.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for assembly
- Assist in assembling and packaging various items under the guidance of the team lead
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Assist with receiving
-Assist with dishes and cleaning.
- Daily SSOP completion
- Support other kitchen staff as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with culinary terms and techniques
- Experience in production kitchen is a plus
- Basic cooking skills are advantageous
