Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of furniture to our customers, ensuring that products are delivered safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in a warehouse or delivery environment. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves heavy lifting and moving of items.
Responsibilities
- Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made accurately and on time.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and resources.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while handling products and operating vehicles.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in loading and unloading goods.
- Familiarity with commercial driving, including box.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of items regularly throughout the day.
