Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $205,000
- Annual billable expectation of 1,800 hours

What You'll Do
- Represent clients in probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation
- Develop case strategy from initial filing through resolution
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and appellate-quality legal briefs
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Manage written discovery and subpoenas
- Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
- Work closely with experienced litigators while building your own practice skills
What We're Looking For
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Litigation experience preferred (probate, trust, family law, civil litigation, or related practice areas)
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Strong courtroom presence and communication abilities
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
