Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
We are seeking an experienced, organized, proactive, and trustworthy Household Manager/Family Assistant to support a busy professional family in West Forsyth County. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and becoming an integral part of a family’s daily life.
The position is initially part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy household
Coordinate calendars, appointments, vendors, home maintenance, and service providers
Grocery shopping, errands, household purchasing, and inventory management
Prepare family meals and assist with meal planning
Laundry, linens, and household organization (heavy housekeeping is not required)
Organize closets, storage areas, seasonal items, and household systems
Provide executive-function and academic support for a rising high school freshman, including organization, assignment tracking, time management, and study accountability
Provide occasional transportation to school, extracurricular activities, and appointments
Offer companionship and light assistance to an elderly family member
Assist with the care of four friendly small dogs
Help prepare for travel, holidays, and special family projects
Communicate proactively and consistently follow through on responsibilities without requiring close supervision
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience as a Household Manager, Family Assistant, Executive/Personal Assistant, professional nanny, or similar role
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Strong problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail
Experience supporting children with ADHD, executive-function challenges, or academic organization is highly preferred
Professional, discreet, dependable, and emotionally mature
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable using technology, shared calendars, and task-management tools
Comfortable caring for four small dogs
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
CNA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days if assisting with elderly care
