Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness | Woodbury, MN
Care Beyond Symptoms. Practice Beyond Burnout.
At Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness, we believe physical therapy should feel different—for both patients and clinicians.
We’ve built a pelvic health practice centered around thoughtful, individualized care, meaningful patient relationships, and a whole-body approach to healing. Our mission is to help individuals overcome pelvic health challenges, achieve lasting results, and build resilience at every stage of life.
We help clients navigate:
- Pelvic pain
- Urinary and bowel dysfunction
- Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
- Sexual dysfunction
- Low back, hip, and core dysfunction
- Persistent pain and complex pelvic health conditions
Our approach blends:
- Hands-on manual therapy
- Functional movement and strength training
- Using an orthopedic, whole-body lens to care
- Pelvic floor assessment and treatment
- Pain science and nervous system education
- Lifestyle and wellness-based strategies
At Awake, clinicians are encouraged to think critically, collaborate often, and utilize the full breadth of their clinical skillset.
What Makes This Position Different
1:1, Hour-Long Care: You’ll have the time and space to truly connect with patients and provide high-quality, individualized care without double booking, aides, or overlapping treatments.
Sustainable Caseload Expectations: We believe exceptional care requires presence and energy. Our clinicians maintain manageable schedules designed to support both clinical excellence and long-term career sustainability.
Treat Beyond Symptom Management: You’ll work with patients across the full spectrum of care—from pain and rehabilitation to movement optimization, fitness, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and long-term wellness.
Practice Without Insurance-Driven Limitations: Our out-of-network model allows clinicians to focus on delivering the care patients actually need—not just what insurance dictates.
Ongoing Mentorship & Collaboration: This role includes formal mentorship, collaborative case discussions, continuing education support, and a highly supportive team environment focused on growth and learning.
Reduced Documentation Burden: We utilize AI-assisted documentation systems to significantly reduce note-taking and administrative workload.
