Build a highly procedural Interventional Pain practice in Jacksonville, Florida, where physician autonomy, efficiency, and compensation are aligned. Practice Overview:

Physician-led practice with a team of six providers and dedicated clinical and administrative support

In-office procedures across all locations with plenty of fluoro and C-Arm access

Flexibility to structure your schedule to your liking
- APPs manage follow-ups so you can stay focused on procedures and new patients
Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

No call and no weekends

Split schedule between procedures and clinic to maintain consistent volume

Flexibility to adjust workflow based on your preferences
Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary (bi-weekly) with 40 percent of collections and no practice overhead deductions

Additional quarterly bonuses tied to overall practice contribution

Sign-on and relocation support available
Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Fellowship training in Interventional Pain preferred but not required

Comfortable with procedural volume and minimally invasive techniques

Eligible for Florida medical licensure
