We are hiring one exceptional Community Relations Coordinator.

What You’ll Own
- Build and control referral pipelines by cultivating strong, consistent relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
- Drive new business through trusted referral sources—not cold volume outreach
- Conduct client assessments with clarity and authority
- Lead family conversations with empathy, confidence, and direction
- Ensure every client on boarding is seamless and aligned with high standards of care
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or community relations
- Proven ability to generate and sustain referral relationships
- Comfortable leading client assessments and family discussions independently
- Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and effective
- Professional presence that earns trust quickly
