2 clinic based speech/language positions and 1 clinic based pediatric feeding position.
We are looking for hardworking, compassionate clinicians to join our pediatric private practice. The right candidate loves children and working directly with families to facilitate carryover, is a team player, will collaborate and research to meet the needs of the clients, and is motivated to make a difference. Preference will be given to applicants with preschool and school age experience. Must have pediatric feeding experience to apply for the feeding position and be willing to be trained in SOS and/or Beckman within 1 year of job acceptance (CEU contributions available).
CF mentorship is offered. We have extensive experience mentoring CFs with weekly CF meeting and ongoing collaboration and mentorship.
1 hour/week for collaboration during staff meetings weekly with all staff (clinician driven).
We are seeking applicants that are creative and share a passion to expand programs. We have a high population of preschool, ASD, Dysphagia/Picky Eating, Ankyloglossia/MYO, and SGD AAC clients. Our clients range from birth-young adults. We may add adult MYO cases in the near future. Dyslexia evaluations are coming in August 2026. Therapists with literacy background, AAC, and pediatric feeding experience will be given priority.

4 day work week with 10 hour shifts available (8am-6pm) or Open to part-time positions or 8 hour shifts 5 days a week. Create your own schedule! Full time staff preferred.
1:1 therapy model in clinic and via teletherapy at this time (no home visits/school contracts). Group for social skills are in the process of being created.
Requirements:
ASHA CCC or CF; Oregon License (ability to obtain by start date-licensing takes roughly 1 week in Oregon); Liability insurance; Drivers License; ability to lift 20 lbs multiple times/day and 50 lbs occasionally; Prefer experience with Autism, preschool population, AAC, and/or Feeding; Credentialing with insurance panels upon job acceptance. Drug screen.
Pay depends on experience. Paid vacation/sick leave, 7 paid holidays plus clinic closure for winter break ( up to 2 weeks), CEU stipend, Material stipend, ASHA CCC reimbursed yearly. Employer pay 50% of medical/vision insurance premium, Dental available. Eligible for Simple IRA 3% match after 1 year of employment. AFLAC available.
$2,000 signing bonus for a 2 year contract.
Up to $2,000 for relocation reimbursement if moving from 75 miles or further (with a 2 year contract).
