Duties
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections of residential properties to gather detailed data on structure, condition, and features
- Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and neighborhood data to determine accurate property values
- Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools for spatial analysis and mapping of property locations
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and appraisal reports that clearly communicate valuation findings
- Apply knowledge of real estate appraisal principles, accounting practices, and construction details to ensure precise evaluations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant legal standards during all appraisal activities
- Collaborate with lenders, government agencies, and clients to provide expert opinions on property values for various purposes such as loans or tax assessments
- We will train you to become a licensed appraiser.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Active Driver's License.
- Data and number-oriented mind.
