Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated 3rd Shift Production Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced factory environment, running CNC and Thermoforming machines and ensuring production goals are met efficiently. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience working with hand tools and power tools. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred. Duties
- Operate and assist CNC & Thermoforming machines to ensure smooth production flow
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble products according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and identify any defects or issues
- Support material handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials within the manufacturing facility
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during shift hours
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment or machinery when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work 3rd shift hours reliably, including weekends if required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks safely
