Schedule Monday through Friday, 7 to 8 hour shifts

About the Role
Preschool Teachers at LLA lead with intention, knowledge, and heart. You will be trusted to run your classroom while being fully supported by leadership.
Responsibilities include
- Greeting children and families with warmth and professionalism
- Planning and implementing engaging, play based, age appropriate experiences
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally responsive classroom
- Supporting social emotional growth and positive behavior
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with families and teammates
- Modeling best practices and supporting classroom teams
- Maintaining organization, documentation, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a childcare or preschool setting
- Experience with children ages 2.5 to 5 preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to become certified
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Reliable, flexible, and collaborative
