We're growing and looking for an experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team.
Position Summary
The Residential Project Manager will oversee multiple custom home projects from groundbreaking through completion. This position is responsible for scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, customer communication, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
- Monitor project schedules and maintain construction timelines.
- Perform routine job site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
- Identify and resolve construction issues before they impact the schedule.
- Maintain project budgets and approve invoices.
- Communicate regularly with homeowners throughout the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
- Coordinate final walkthroughs and warranty items.
- Maintain organized project documentation.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of residential construction project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple active job sites.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing custom homes or scattered-lot residential construction.
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners.

Pay: $58,850.72 - $78,830.98 per year
