Position Overview:
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing a focused, limited-service menu while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Support team during busy service periods to ensure timely ticket execution
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Valid Food Handler’s License required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Compensation:
- $18-22 hourly based on experience
