We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Club Pilates Parker, an independently owned studio. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be sales and customer relations to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Position Type: Part Time — weekday afternoons and evenings, plus weekends
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets

Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system

Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email

Must have proficient computer skills

Ability to be on your feet for much of a shift

Attend special events and trainings as needed

Pilates experience preferred but not required — we will train you
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale

Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the studio

Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales

Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing

Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider

Book quality appointments and follow up with prospective members

Reach out to current members who haven't been in recently to support retention

Participate in community events and studio-hosted themed events to promote the studio and build our member community

Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment, including basic end-of-shift cleaning

Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills; other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & PERKS:

This position offers an hourly wage of $20.00/hr plus 10% commission paid on sales
