Compensation:
$105,000 - $130,000
Responsibilities:-
Guide clients through trust administration and probate matters
-
Counsel fiduciaries regarding their legal duties and responsibilities
-
Conduct legal research and prepare probate pleadings, petitions, and court filings
-
Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection
-
Draft and review wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
-
Meet with prospective clients and recommend planning solutions tailored to their goals
-
Develop comprehensive estate plans that help families avoid conflict and achieve peace of mind
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active bar license in good standing

2-4 years of experience in:

Estate Planning

Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
