The Lead Registered Nurse is a senior clinical and sales leader who owns the IV therapy program, the RN team, and the guest experience at Pause FTL. This is a retail medical role — equal parts clinical expertise, revenue performance, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate is a confident RN who builds prescriptive trust with guests, consistently converts and retains, and raises the standard for the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services & Administration
- Administer IV drip therapy, vitamin injections, and NAD+ infusions safely and effectively
- Conduct intake assessments; review medical history and screen for contraindications
- Monitor guests throughout treatment; adjust protocols based on response and tolerance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all state nursing regulations and protocols
Guest Experience & Sales (core performance expectation)
- Convert new guests into members — this is a primary success metric
- Upsell IV add-ons and complementary wellness services based on each guest's goals
- Be prescriptive: make specific medical recommendations tailored to the individual, not generic suggestions
- Drive rebooking at the chair; follow up post-treatment to confirm satisfaction and schedule the next visit
- Build lasting guest relationships that support retention, referrals, and revenue growth
Team Leadership & Operations
- Own RN team scheduling — build and maintain coverage across all studio hours
- Lead candidate selection: screen applicants, conduct interviews, and recommend hires with the Studio Manager
- Onboard and train new RNs; remain accessible throughout new hires' first two independent shifts
- Conduct regular performance evaluations; provide coaching, feedback, and development support
- Participate in the Monday OPS call as a full management team member
- Maintain diligent Asana engagement for scheduling, tasks, and studio communication
Clinical Standards & Inventory
- Develop and maintain Policies, Procedures, and Protocols aligned with Pause corporate and state nursing requirements
- Interface with medical director on treatment protocols, compliance, and clinical guidance
- Manage IV supply inventory: ordering, restocking, expiration tracking, and storage compliance
- Ensure all RNs maintain required certifications (CPR/BLS, active FL RN license)
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- Current, unrestricted Florida RN license
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience; IV/infusion experience required
- Demonstrated leadership in a clinical setting (scheduling, supervisory, or team coordination role)
- Proven ability to perform in a sales or client-facing revenue environment
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong IV insertion and venipuncture proficiency
Preferred
- IV therapy, infusion nursing, aesthetic medicine, or wellness industry experience
- Prior lead, charge, or supervisory RN role
- NAD+ therapy administration experience
- Knowledge of functional or integrative medicine
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools and CRM systems for client tracking and communication.

Work Schedule
- Full-time | Flexible scheduling based on studio demand
- Studio hours: Mon–Sat 8am–8pm, Sun 8am–6pm
- Evening and weekend availability required
