Line Cook – Italian Restaurant
We’re looking for a skilled line cook to join our team at a busy Italian restaurant located in Southern Dutchess County, NY. As a Line Cook, you will play an essential role in our kitchen operations by preparing high - quality dishes with precision and care. You will be responsible for executing recipes to our established standards while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in every plate served.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and execute dishes from both Northern and Southern Italian menus
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy service while supporting the team
What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
- 5 plus years of professional kitchen experience required
