POSITION DETAILS
Reports To: Sous Chef / Executive Chef
Schedule: 5 days per week, 2:00– Close
Weekend Availability: Required — both Saturday and Sunday
Compensation: $20.00 / hour
Please Note: The schedule above is firm and non-negotiable. Shifts begin at 2:00 PM sharp, and weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is a requirement of this position — not a preference. We warmly encourage all interested candidates to apply; however, we kindly ask that only those who can fully commit to this schedule move forward. Applicants who are unavailable starting at 2:00 PM or who cannot work weekends will not be considered at this time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operate the dish machine and hand-wash all items to sanitation standards throughout the shift
- Keep the dish station organized, stocked with clean ware, and cleared of dirty dishes at all times
- Assist with kitchen sweeping, mopping, and trash removal during and after service
- Support prep cooks with basic tasks such as vegetable washing and bulk dry good portioning
- Maintain dumpster area and recycling station throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
