Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Applications leader to provide end-to-end ownership, production support, and strategic delivery for mission-critical Finance platforms. This role will lead application management across Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring platform stability, operational excellence, compliance, and successful delivery of Finance transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financial applications, managing production environments, leading major incident resolution, and partnering with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Mission-Critical Application Management:
Provide end-to-end ownership of Oracle Fusion Finance applications supporting:
Inbound & Outbound Accounts Payable (AP)
Oracle Tax
Oracle Spend Management
Travel & Expense (T&E)
Client Payments and Pay@
Ensure high availability, stability, and operational excellence across business-critical platforms.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex production issues and major incidents.
Strategic Initiative Delivery:
Lead application support and delivery for key business initiatives, including:
Egencia enterprise-wide travel booking platform implementation and launch
Operational support for Client Payments and Pay@ platforms
Planned and unplanned new legal entity configurations
Ad hoc payment template creation and maintenance
Finance transformation and platform enhancement initiatives
Production readiness, deployment planning, and hypercare support for new capabilities
SOX & Compliance Support:
Own application support for compliance-related initiatives, including:
Annual SOX compliance activities
Onboarding Concur as a SOX-compliant application
Audit support and evidence collection
Application controls validation and remediation
Partner with Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
Production Support & Operations:
Manage L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion Financial applications
Lead P0/P1 incident management and business communications
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
Drive Problem, Change, and Release Management processes
Coordinate quarterly releases, regression testing, and production deployments
Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring incidents
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Partner with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Travel, Compliance, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Provide executive-level status reporting, risk assessments, and roadmap updates
Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple business initiatives
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Oracle Applications experience, including Oracle Fusion Financials
5+ years leading Application Management or Production Support teams
Strong functional expertise in:
Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable (AP)
Oracle Tax
Oracle Spend Management
Oracle Payments
Oracle Travel & Expense
Experience supporting enterprise finance transformation initiatives
Proven experience managing mission-critical production environments
Strong understanding of SOX controls, audit processes, and financial compliance
Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud certification
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Concur and Egencia
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and financial system integrations
Experience supporting global Finance and Shared Services organizations
PMP, ITIL, or Oracle Cloud certifications
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
