Order Fulfillment Associate Job Description Summary
Under the Supervision of the Order Fulfillment Manager, the Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for pulling customer orders placed online, fulfilling the orders, and packaging for shipment out of the facility or preparing for in-store/curbside pick-up. This position will function best with attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports a culture within the order fulfillment team that ensures radical customer service and high performance is the focus of all activities. Greatness at Eagle Eye is defined by one’s ability to serve others – both internally and externally.
- Provides quality & accurate work, achieves goals of the E-Commerce department, and ensures their customer is at the center of every decision made.
- Maintains a clean and orderly processing area. Follows the directive of the Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure job functions are performed accurately & efficiently.
- Processes E-Commerce orders with accuracy and precision. Ensure procedures are properly followed.
- Display a high level of customer service in interacting with customers via phone calls, in-store pick-ups, or curbside pick-ups.
- Continuously performs general housekeeping and straightening of workspace as needed. Performs basic cleaning activities in the work area such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, collecting trash, etc. as needed.
- Assists with providing support for special projects & events as assigned.
- Complies with inventory control procedures & company standards.
- Knowledgeable of and follows all store safety procedures.
- Peer to Peer Accountability. Serve co-workers and be willing to have courageous conversations as needed for each other’s individual development and growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
- High school degree/equivalent or more. Additional educational training in warehouse operations or order fulfillment is a plus but not required.
- Proven work experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, or retail stock experience is preferred.
Schedule Requirements:
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 5 Day work week.
- 2-3 Saturday shifts per month with a minimum of 1 Saturday off per month excluding key dates and the month of December.
- Eagle Eye is closed every Sunday.
Computer Skills:
- Basic Typing Skills.
- Microsoft Applications.
- Proficiency with iPad functionality.
- Previous Experience using a POS/Inventory Management System a plus.

- Proficiency in English and basic Math skills.
