RNAC(RN) MDS Coordinator
- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Develop and update resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation to support PDPM reimbursement
- Identify reimbursement opportunities, including Non-Therapy Ancillary (NTA) components
- Participate in daily utilization review meetings
- Maintain compliance with CMS regulations while promoting exceptional resident outcomes
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Must have current or previous RNAC, MDS Coordinator, or MDS Nurse experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of MDS, PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented professional with a passion for quality resident care
