About the Role:
Hardy Family Ford is seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping customers have an exceptional vehicle delivery experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with FordPass setup and demonstrate connected vehicle features.
- Review and explain new vehicle technology and basic operation to buyers.
- Look up and confirm current incentives, rebates, and program details for new vehicle purchases.
- Report new vehicle deliveries to Ford through the proper manufacturer channels.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is complete and accurate.
- Support the sales team and management with follow-up communication and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and web-based systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
