The Recruiter serves as an ambassador and champion for creating an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the journey. Your primary responsibility will be to find innovative ways to identify and attract the “right-fit” caregivers to our organization. This includes using creative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent, navigating recruiting technology with ease, adapting to dynamic environments, and understanding key recruitment metrics.
You’ll use your recruiting “superpowers” to find compassionate, committed caregivers who are fun-loving and eager to make a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Recruiter, you will play an instrumental role in the growth and evolution of our company.
Duties
- The Recruiter will skillfully manage all aspects of full-cycle recruitment to help Amada Senior Care achieve its goal of hiring committed, compassionate caregivers.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard potential caregivers
- Develop and maintain relationships with talent pools, community organizations, and educational institutions
- Collaborate with the care team, including the scheduler, to understand client needs and ensure the perfect caregiver match
- Organize and coordinate recruitment events that showcase Amada Senior Care as the employer of choice
- Create captivating job postings that highlight our company culture and attract top talent
- Use and manage various types of recruitment software
- Develop and oversee caregiver engagement and recognition programs
- Create an outreach plan to keep caregivers connected and supported, especially during their first 90 days

Pay: $58,340.06 - $64,152.67 per year

Experience:
- Recruitment experience, preferably medical roles: 2 years (Required)
