Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on prepping and treating apparel using our Direct-to-Garment (DTG) machines and processes, as well as assisting with jewelry assembly. Since we’re a small business, flexibility and a willingness to help with different tasks are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and treat apparel for DTG printing.
- Efficiently operate DTG Machines
- Assist with jewelry assembly and other production tasks (training provided).
- Perform general manual labor tasks (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines with strong time management skills.
- Adapt to different roles and responsibilities as needed to support team members.
- Basic computer skills
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Knowledge of art file types and printing experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to take on varied tasks in a fast-paced small business setting.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in production, apparel, or jewelry is a plus (not required).
- Ability to comply with safety standards

Job Type: Starting as a Full-Time position. All positions with While Odin Sleeps start with a 120 day probationary period.
