Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, assembly, and quality control, to meet or exceed operational targets.
- Implement and sustain manufacturing principles and processes and drive continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage production management systems to optimize production and scheduling.
- Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Foster cross-functional communication among departments.
- Develop and maintain safety standards, promoting a safety-first culture across the plant.
Skills
- Proven experience in production management, manufacturing management, or plant management roles with a strong understanding of production planning and scheduling.
- Ability to learn quickly, including new software systems for production management.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing with a detailed approach to processes.
- Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Always put customers first with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Ability to look at overall processes to drive improvement.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across departments.
- Deep understanding of quality control processes and process improvement techniques within manufacturing environments.

Pay: $46,786.66 - $55,431.25 per year
