We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bathroom Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to accurately install bathroom fixtures and finishes.
- Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and related components with precision and attention to detail.
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to complete installations efficiently.
- Apply tile masonry techniques for flooring, walls, and backsplashes; perform caulking, plastering, stucco work, and trim carpentry as needed.
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools; follow blueprint specifications closely to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Conduct construction inspection activities to verify quality standards; perform remodeling tasks including demolition and restoration work.
- Install building materials such as gutters, roofing components, glass panels, cabinets, doors, and flooring with skillful craftsmanship.
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling; adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure installation meets expectations; provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site work including blueprint reading and interpreting technical schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics related to bathroom fixtures, and building material installation techniques.
- Skilled in tile laying, masonry work (including concrete forming), plastering, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, and roofing tasks.
- Familiarity with construction management principles including estimating costs and managing project timelines.
- Experience with blueprint reading and dimensional measurements to ensure precise installation according to specifications.
- Ability to operate fabrication tools for custom fixture fabrication or modifications; interpret schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control during installation processes.
- Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
