Job Description: Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)
4 J Delivery Inc, a FedEx Ground contractor, is looking for Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. NO CDL required! You’ll operate company-owned delivery vehicles and deliver packages for FedEx Ground in Lowell and surrounding areas. This is a high-demand, fast-paced driving job with excellent pay and benefits.

Hours:
- Full-Time position (40 hours/week)
- Open availability required (including weekends)
- Start time: 8:00 AM until route completion
FedEx Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test (including testing for cannabis, Delta 8, CBDs, etc.) – Employer paid
- Must be able to pass a DOT medical/physical exam – Employer paid
- Background check required – Employer paid
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrive at the FedEx terminal by 8:00 AM in company-provided uniform
- Load packages into your delivery vehicle and ensure they are ready for delivery
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to correct destinations
- Scan packages and confirm deliveries using handheld devices
- Pick up packages from customers and complete all deliveries before the due time
- Represent FedEx Ground with professional customer service
