CY Property Management has an immediate opening for an On-site Resident Manager position at the Redwood Park Apartments, located at 2780 Pillsbury Rd.
The Resident Manager is required to work 2 hours per day (10 total/minimum guaranteed hours per week). One hour in the morning cleaning up the grounds and performing clerical duties. One hour in the evening (5p-6p) to host open office hours to respond to residents' questions, schedule maintenance requests, collect rent payments, and lease apartments. This complex offers both month-to-month & year lease contracts.
Tasks Included Are:
-Sales/Leasing
-Application Screening
-Move In Process with Residents
-Rent Collection
-Maintenance/Service request with qualified vendors and technicians
-Assisting current residents with their housing needs
-Maintaining and growing the overall real estate asset
Skills needed are:
- Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, administrative team, and the public.
- Resident Manager Experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
