As a Pharmacy Patient Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our customer-centric approach by efficiently handling incoming calls, assisting patients with prescriptions, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating the transfer of potential leads to our sales team. Knowledge of nutraceuticals and wellness essentials is advantageous. We are seeking candidates with an outgoing, positive demeanor, a motivated and energetic work ethic, and a proven history of effective collaboration within a team environment. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers
- Efficiently handle incoming calls
- Identify customer questions, concerns, and needs
- Recommend wellness products to enhance patients' health journeys
- Offer accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
- Communicate with customers in a compassionate and patient manner
- Redirect customers to the appropriate teams or departments as necessary
- Support sales efforts by identifying and forwarding potential leads to sales representatives
- Foster professional relationships with ongoing customers through superior customer service
- Follow up with callers regarding questions or refill requests
- Collaborate with immediate team, other customer service teams, the sales team, and various company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
- Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas, both individually and as a team
- Adhere to company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines consistently
