We are in search of a professional and experienced Houseman to join a private household in Bel Air. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the home is well-maintained and in optimal condition while working alongside other household staff to ensure all duties are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities

Maintain the overall condition of the properties. This includes repairing and installing items as needed.

Maintain outdoor tasks, including watering plants, sweeping patios, and cleaning outdoor furniture.

Maintain the vehicles; serviced, fueled, and cleaned.

Troubleshoot electronic equipment as needed.

Run errands, stocking inventory, and managing deliveries.

Assist with attentive pet care.

Provide exceptional service to all residents and guests.

Ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the residence, including bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas.

Maintain a professional, discreet demeanor, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for residents.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience as a Houseman or in a similar role within a private residence or luxury hotel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong references from past employers.
Schedule
-
Generally, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation
-
$45-$55/hour depending on experience, plus health insurance, paid vacation, and sick days.
