About the Role:
Aggregate Water Services is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Conroe, TX! In this role, you'll be the voice of our company — helping customers navigate their water service needs with professionalism and care. Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding water services and accounts
- Process service requests, billing inquiries, and account updates accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with field technicians and operations teams to schedule service appointments
- Educate customers on available services, billing cycles, and company policies
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in utilities, water services, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
