We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our team as a Caregiver- Day Services Aide supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities and/or dementia in a community-based setting.

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals during daily activities
- Build meaningful relationships through companionship and encouragement
- Assist with personal care tasks including feeding, toileting, and mobility support
- Help individuals participate in engaging activities that improve quality of life
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Support medication administration and healthcare plans
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Communicate with families, team members, and healthcare professionals
- Encourage independence, confidence, and community involvement

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to safely lift and transfer individuals as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and assist individuals throughout the day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
