- Physical Therapist for evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and PTA supervision
- Experience in rehabilitation, leadership and patient care

Responsibilities
- Integrating physiology and anatomy knowledge to optimize outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Documentation related to patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Maintain knowledge of rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Experience in rehabilitation medicine
- Background in Physical Therapy services within home health, rehab, long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.

Pay: $98,201.00 - $106,649.00 per year
