Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Work with internal partners to assist customers
- Provide customer service and ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction
- Sales opportunity follow-up utilizing company CRM (Salesforce)
- Maintain account data integrity in CRM
- Field general sales calls and direct to appropriate internal partner(s)
- Timely order entry and processing of day-to-day orders
- Take messages for tech calls when techs are unavailable
- Complete miscellaneous tasks, duties and projects as needed
Assist as directed:
- Billings and Collections
- Processing of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s) and conducting follow-ups when issues are diagnosed
- Cold calling and lead follow up

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
